Gempod does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to our servers. We do not have servers that store your information.

All bookmarks, categories, tags, and summaries are stored locally on your device
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is synced to your personal iCloud account
Your iCloud data is encrypted according to your iCloud settings and only accessible to you through your Apple ID
We (the developers of Gempod) never have access to your iCloud data

All AI analysis (categorization, tagging, and summarization) happens entirely on your device
Website content is fetched directly by your device to perform AI analysis
No data from AI processing is sent to our servers or any third-party services
AI processing requires Apple Intelligence, which operates on-device

Gempod does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third parties because we never have access to it.

Gempod does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app does not require any personal information to function.

Since all your data is stored locally or in your personal iCloud account:

You have complete control over your data
You can delete the app and all associated data at any time
Deleting the app will remove local data; iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud settings

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
